- How long will I have to wait ? The Sagans are handmade to order in our London workshop along our Made-to-Measure and Bespoke lines, for that reason we ask you to expect them to be made to your specifications in around 4 to 5 weeks.

- How do I make sure the fit is right ? The Sagans have been designed to fit as many types of feet as possible, the leather has a special treatment which makes it wrap around your feet no matter your width. To be sure, we always give our customers the option to send us a few measures to get the fit right. You can download our measurement guide by clicking here.

- What are the delivery options ? UPS handles all of our deliveries. Once your shoes are ready we will aim to have them shipped to you within a day.

- If you are London-based and wish to visit us you can arrange to pick up your order directly from our atelier in London E8 free of charge - we always love to meet our customers so do feel free to visit !

- What is your return policy ? Each pair of Sagan is handmade to order just for you. If hesitant we advise you to discuss sizing directly with us - once we are confident the fit will be right for you we will proceed to make the shoes. If at receipt you are not satisfied with the sizing we had determined for you, we will happily accept returns.
